Stuffed Portabella

Portabella Mushrooms, 1 capGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove, choppedParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 tbsp
Pre-heat oven to 350*
Remove stem, gently wash mushroom.
Cut all veggies, including stem of the mushroom, but not the cap.
Spray frying pan with non-stick spray. Saute all the cut vegetables.
Place clean mushroom cap on a flat baking pan, heap on the sauteed veggies and top with Parmesean cheese.
Heat in the oven until cheese is melted.
