2.5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 tbsp poppy seeds8 oz low fat sour cream1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed reduced fat cream of chicken soup8 reduced fat round buttery crackers, crushedButter flavored cooking spray
1. combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until well blended. Spoon into a 1 qrt casserole coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Top with crushed crackers. Coat crackers with cookingt spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thrououghly heated. 4 servings (3/4 cup)
