Made this tonight and all the time I was cooking it I wasn't convinced it would work but it was delicious, left out raisins due to daughter hating them and peanuts as they were the only ingredient I would have had to buy specially but I will definitely be making this again - loved it. - 4/30/12

I love curry. I normally eat curry on goat or chicken. I'm going vegetarian. - 11/20/09

Really tasty! We like it even better than our usual vegetarian curry. Left out the coconut since we didn't have any but still excellent! - 7/23/08

This is very tasty--a nice blend of sweet and spicy. I made it with a little brown rice and it was a filling and satisfying dish. - 2/11/08
