eggs ,8milk, 2cupssalt and pepper, 1 tsp1 tsp dry mustardbread,8 slicescheese, 2cupsham or sausage, 1 cup
Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Layer bread, ham and cheese alternately in bottom of shallow dish. Pour egg misture over all and refigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. You can saute a green and red pepper and scallions and add to egg misture for a little color.
The nutrition information does not include dry mustard. It shouldn't change the fact much!
