Oriental Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Mayo (Fat Free or Light Works great)1 tsp. Dijon Mustard1 Garlic Clove minced or 1 tsp. minced1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar1 tsp. Ginger powder2 tsp. Sugar1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Directions
Mince garlic clove, or just use pre-minced garlic from the jar. Measure all ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Refrigerate for about an hour for flavors to meld.
