Number of Servings: 26 * Chicken Broth, 2.00 cup (8 fl oz) * Barbecue Sauce, 1.00 cup (8 fl oz) * Hot Pepper Sauce, 6.00 tsp * Turkey breast meat, 80.00 ounce(s) * Garlic, 1.00 clove * Onions, raw, 1.00 large * Worcestershire Sauce, 2.00 tbsp * Ketchup, Heinz, 8.00 tbsp * Earth Balance Buttery Spread, 4.00 tbsp
Put everything except turkey and barbecue sauce in a large pot
Bring to a boil
Add turkey and simmer about 2 1/2 hours until internal temperature reaches 155
Remove turkey and pull into long shreds once cool enough to handle
Add back to liquid with 1 tsp Liquid Smoke if desired and simmer an additional 1 1/2 hours.
Drain and add barbecue sauce
Serve over toasted bread
