Ingredients
1lb grd chuck1/4 cup onion flakes1 28 oz can tomatoes1 8 oz can tomatoe sauce1 can 15 oz corn, drained1 tsp paprika1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oregano2 cups of macaroni, or 1/2 of box
Directions
Cook grd beef until brown, add in onion flakes,seasoning, the add tomatoes,sauce,and corn cook together then add to cooked macaroni. cook down and add shredded cheese on top.

    I modified this to feed 4 people heartily - upping the calories to 284 per person - I used 1/2 lb lean ground beef, 14.5 oz can tomatoes, 8 oz can tomato sauce, 15 oz can corn, 4 oz pasta, all the spices, + 1 cup water & cooked the pasta in the dish instead of by itself. Excellent flavor! Filling! - 1/19/12
