Easy Sugar Free/Fat Free (almost) Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
(1) large box (2-oz) Jello Cook & Serve Sugar Free/Fat Free chocolate pudding(3) cups Skim Milk(1) 9" frozen pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven as per pie crust directions and begin baking crust.

Prepare pudding as per directions on the box.

Hint: if you want something with a little better taste than the aritifical sweetner used in making the pudding, put a tablespoon of Splenda in the milk as it is heating. It makes a big difference in the final products' taste but adds no calories.

Remove the crust from the oven and pour finished (still hot) pudding into the crust. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Makes 8 servings, approx. 3" wide at crust.

    I made the pie crust with 100 calorie Oreo thins and a little warm 0 calorie spray butter to help it form and stick and reduced the calories to nearly half! Great dessert, everyone enjoyed it. - 8/5/13
