Sushi Cake

Ingredients
You need:- Glutinous white rice (the kind that's used in sushi)- Two packages of cream cheese- 8 rolls of surimi- Two smashed avocados- Soy Sauce
Directions
First put a little bit of oil (just a little bit) in a glass recipent in a rectangular shape.
Put half of the rice spreaded trough all the recipent on top put cream cheese spreaded too, then the avocado, then the surimi chopped and on top the other half of the rice. And now oyu have your sushi cake.
