Ingredients
12 C dices fresh tomatoes0.5 cup cooking wine.5tsp of oregano and marjoram6 cloves of fresh diced garlic
Directions
place tomatoes in heave cooking pot and bring to a boil. Add garlic spices and cooking wine. Boil for 2 hrs. S and P to taste.
