Naked Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup white sugar1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 cup flourpinch of salt1 teaspoon baking powder2 apples, peeled and chopped
Directions
Beat egg in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients in order.
Spread in a round pie plate and bake for 1/2 hour at 350.
1/2 cup of nuts is optional, but I haven't included it in the recipe.
