1 whole wheat tortilla1/4 cup egg whites1 slice turkey ham1/4c red peppers1/4c green peppers1/2 plum tomato1 slice cheese1slice onion
Directions
Saute veggies and ham
place tortilla on plate w/cheese on it
pour egg whites on veggies then scramble
place on tortilla scoop on salsa
then fold and eat
