Fiber One Apple Cinnamon Muffins (healthy version)

Ingredients
1 package Betty Crocker Fiber One Premium Muffin Mix, Apple Cinnamon2/3 cup Organic Fat Free Milk1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees (400 degrees for dark or nonstick pan).

Place baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups.

Stir muffin mix, milk, oil, and eggs in medium bowl just until blended (batter will be lumpy).

Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (about 2/3 full).

Bake 16-19 minutes or until golden brown and tops spring back when touched.

Cool 5 minutes; carefully remove from pan. Cool completely before storing.

Makes 12 muffins.
