Hot Salsa Chicken Bites

Ingredients
1lb boneless skinless chicken breats1 cup salsa (mild or medium)1 tbsp ketchup1 1/2 tsp mustard2 tsp brown sugar1/4 cup apple juice
Directions
Cut chicken breats into bite size pieces.
Combine salsa, ketchup, mustard, apple juice, and brown sugar and mix.
Marinate chicken in mix for appox 1hr.
Suate in pan on med-high heat util chicken is fully cooked.

Serve hot with blue cheese and carrots and celery if disired.
