Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cups of flour (can mix whole wheat and white or whatever)2 cups of lowfat buttermilk1 tsp of baking powder4 tsp of Sugar (I used splenda for the nutrition)2 eggs1 tsp of vanilla
Incorporate all ingredients and scoop with a 1/4th measuring cup onto hot griddle. Flip when small bubbles form in pancake.
