Southwest Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
4 eggs1 package Applegate farms Chicken & Apple Breakfast Sausage4 Tbsp Salsa1 cup corn1/2 cup chopped onion3 oz Soy Cheese
Directions
Thaw sausage and cut into bite size or smaller pieces. Place in non-stick skillet and begin to heat. When hot, add onion, corn and salsa. Again, when hot, add eggs and allow to continue cooking. When eggs begin to thicken, add soy cheese and continue to cook. When eggs are complete, place on tortilla of choice.
