Authentic Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1-2 tsp anchovy paste1/3 cup lemon juice1/2 cup olive oil1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/3 cup grated Parmesan (fresh is best)2 cloves garlic, mincedsalt and pepper to taste1 coddled (boiled for 1 min) egg (optional)
Directions
Combine anchovy paste, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a jar. Shake unti mixed well. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Pour over prepped romaine, toss, add croutons, and serve immediately. Makes dressing for 1 large or 2 small heads of romaine lettuce, enough for 8 side salads.
