Crock Pot Chicken Casserole

3 Cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup1-1/2 Cans of Water8 Bonless/Skinless Chicken Thighs1 16-Oz Bag of Chopped Frozen Brocolli1 16-Oz. Box Dreamfields Healthy Carb Living Penne Rigate
Stir soup and water in crock pot until blended.
Place chicken thighs in soup and submerge.
Pour chopped brocolli on top -- do not mix in.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Cook pasta just before serving. Stir pasta into crock pot or combine all in large casserole dish. Let sit for about 5 minutes so that pasta can absorb some of the sauce. Enjoy!
