Dried Chickpeas

Ingredients
2 cans of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 540 ml each2 tbsp extra light olive oil1/2 tsp saltpinch of cayenne
Directions
Each serving is 1/2 cup.

Preheat oven to 400F

1. In a large bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, salt and cayenne. Spread on to large baking sheet in a single layer.

2. Bake in 400 degree oven, shaking pan (or stirring) for about 45 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

3. Store uneaten portions in airtight container.
