McD Quick "fried" potatoes

Ingredients
2 medium white potatoes.25 cup chopped green pepper1 small yellow onion.5 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce.5 cup water
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a nonstick skillet. Cook and stir until water is boiled off and ingredients are tender. Server plain or sprinkle with a small amount of Tabasco sauce, ketchup or seasoning powder.
