Vegetarian Taco Salad

Ingredients
Lettuce , 6 cup 3 TomatoesWhoel box/bag of Quorn, Grounds, 5 serving Lawry's Taco Seasoning, Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Handful of Cheese Doritos
Directions
use taco seasoning to season quorn grounds much like hamburger.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl including grounds. Mix well.

Serve with a hand full of crushed cheese doritos on top and a side of pinto beans.
