Easy! Mom's Chicken Teriyaki Bake

Ingredients
Chicken tenders -- about 24-30 or 12 Chicken Thighs1Tbs. corn starch1 Tbs. cold water1/2 Cup White Sugar1/2 Cup Lite Soy Sauce1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar1 Clove Minced garlic1/2 tsp. ground ginger (or fresh)1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
In small sauce pan combine all ingredients. Simmer until thick and bubbling. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 oven dish. Dip each chicken tender in the sauce and place in the over dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, brushing extra sauce on the tenders every 10-15 minutes while cooking. Serve with rice and broccoli for a great family meal! We have left-overs for the next day with this meal. You can use chicken thighs too, but the calories would be higher. Enjoy!
