2# Top Round Steak1 can Beef Broth1 can Del Monte Original Recipe Stewed Tomatoes1 Tsp Brown Sugar (opt)1 C carrots, cut into strips1 C Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips1/2 C chopped onion1/4 cup FlourSalt / Pepper to tasteDredge steak through flour/salt/pepper mixture. Brown in olive oil. Place in slow cooker. Add vegetables to remaining oil in skillet and saute until onions are translucent. Pour on top of steak. Add beef broth. Add brown sugar to tomatoes (to cut acidity) and pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes it's own broth.
Place in crockpot on low for 6 - 8 hours or high for 4 - 6. Makes 10 1 Cup servings.
