Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 large onion, diced2 cloved garlic, diced1 lb ground turkey2 15 oz cans of black beans (undrained)1 can crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz)1 can tomato sauce1/1/2 Tbsp Chili powder1 Tbsp dried orgeano1 Tbsp dried basil
Directions
In a large heavy bottom pot, on medium heat, cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Introduce turkey and brown. Stir in the remainder of ingredients. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for one hour stirring occasionally.
