EASY Bake Tilapia

Ingredients
Directions
2 Tilapia Fillets2 cloves crushed Garlic1.5 tbsp olive oil.5 chopped red onion
1. Put the fillets in a freezer bag
2. Add the ingredients
3. Seal the bag and shake it up a bit
4. Let sit in the fridge for 2 hours or more
5. Pre-heat oven to 350F
6. Place everything in the bag in a baking dish
7. Bake for 30 minutes
If you would like your fillets extra spicy, add the following BEFORE it goes in the oven
Cayenne Pepper or
.5 cup of salsa
