For an absolutely delicious and healthy dressing for any vegetable salad, simply cut open a whole pomegranate OVER your mixed greens salad, scoop out all the red seeds into the salad. This will release all the pomegranate juice onto your salad. Simple stir/mix and serve. There is no need to add anything else - the pomegranate juice tastes like an expensive salad dressing and it will keep for a few days even mixed on the salad. Enjoy.
