No pasta lasagne

Ingredients
2 red onions2 crushed garlic cloves200g pork mince400g chopped tomatoes (tinned)400g pasata (sieved tomatoes)2tsps vegetable stock powder50g low fat mature cheeseChives (if you wish, to garnish)
Directions
-Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6

-Heat a non-stick pan and fry the onions and garlic in a little fry spray

-Add the mince and cook until browned

-Add the Tomatoes, pasata, stock powder and simmer gently for about 10minutes

-Meanwhile, fry the sliced courgettes in fry spray for around 5-10 minutes

-Layer the courgettes and meat mixture into a dish (about 9" square)

-Cover with the yoghurt and then sprinkle on the cheese

Bake for 20 minutes
