2 Whole Chicken Breasts – cooked and cut upPlace in crockpot with:40 ½ oz. can white kidney beans16 oz. stewed tomatoes1 medium onion, chopped1-2 cloves minced garlic (can use from a jar)1 tsp. cumin1 tsp. oregano36 oz. jar of salsa
Cook on low all day in crockpot. Sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack or Sharp Cheddar Cheese before serving.
