Ingredients
Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Lasagna, 7 servingHoneySuckle White Italian Turkey Sausage-Cooked, 5 servingJennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 8 ozCanned Tomatoes, 7 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Brown sausage and turkey in pan. While browning boil lasagna noodles with out salt. Add all tomatoes to browned meat, add desired spices. Simmer while noodles cook. Mix ricotta cheese and egg in a bowl. Spoon 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of 9X13 in pan. Layer noodles, sauce, and cheese until finsihes. Top with remaining cheese. Cover. Bake 375* for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
