1 Cup Brown Rice1 lb Ground Beef 97%1Tbsp Sesame Oil2 Cloves Garlic1/4 Onion Diced4 Tbsp Soy Sauce2 Cup Broccoli Slaw2 Cup Cabbage
Directions
Brown ground beef drain well

Cook brown rice to package directions

Sautee onion & garlic in sesame oil

Add broccoli slaw and cabbage sautee

Combine Rice and Ground Beef and Soy Sauce
