Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten1 cup half and half1 cup flourdash of salt
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Fill buttered 6 oz custard cups halfway full and then bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 more minutes. Pierce with sharp knife to release steam and serve immediately.
