Zucchini Cucumber Stir Fry

Ingredients
Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices Zucchini, 1 cup, slicedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove Ginger Root, 3 tsp *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp green onions, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in stir fry pan or skillet, add all ingredients except cucumbers, green onion and sesame seeds. Stir fry until zucchini is just tender, stirring often. Add remaining three ingredients, cook an additional minute.
