Turkey Burger Cabbage Soup

1 large head cabbage, shredded2 c. shredded carrots1 1/2 c. chopped celery1 large onion, diced2 lbs ground turkey burger1 28 oz can diced tomatos1 12 oz can V-82 T olive oil1 pkt dry vegetable soup mix5 tsp salt (season to taste)2 tsp adobo (OR 1 tsp onion salt, 1 tsp garlic powder)1 tsp celery salt16 c. water
in LARGE soup pot, brown turkey burger with olive oil, onion, adobo, and salts. Add diced tomatoes, soup mix, V-8 and 8 c. water. Add cabbage, carrots and celery. Let cook until cabbage begins to reduce. Add remaining water.
Let simmer for 2-3 hours on low or until veggies are tender. Makes approx 16 2 c. servings.
