Ingredients

1.5 lbs. lean ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic, minced2 cups beef stock4 tsp. soy sauce4 tbsp flour6 servings mashed potatoes
Peel and cook mashed potatoes.
Spray non stick cooking spray in saute pan. Brown ground beef and onions until beef is no longer pink, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Sprinkle with flour and stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and beef stock and continue cooking until thickened and bubbly.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
