Lowfat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Water, All-Bran, Buttermilk, white flour, whole-wheat flour, molasses, eggs, oil, cinammon, salt, baking soda, raisins
Directions
Add 2 cups boiling water to the all bran and raisins and set aside for 5 minutes. Add well-beaten eggs and other liquid ingredients and mix well. Add dry ingredients. Bake for 15-20 at 350 degrees in muffin tins lightly sprayed with non-stick spray. Recipe will make 5 dozen muffins and batter can be stored in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to six weeks.
