Sweet Potato, Yams & Pork Chop Bake

1 medium Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt1 large yam, baked, without salt12 oz boneless Pork chop, lean ,raw1 medium onions, raw, sliced1 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh 1/2 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup,3 tablspoons low-fat milk

Cut the boneless pork chops, into bit size pieces
and brown in skillet. Saute' onions till golden and sliced mushrooms. Toss all together. Place in a bake proof dish

Mix the milk and 1/2 can of mushroom soup together, pour over the pork, onions and mushrooms.

Mash sweet potato and yam together
Spread evenly over all.

Cover casserole and bake 350 degree for 40minutes
