Tomato and Spinach Pasta Toss

Ingredients
2 Cups Rotini or penne pasta, uncooked1/2 lb. Hot or Mild Italian Sausage1 pkg. (6 oz) Baby Spinach Leaves1 Can (14 1/2 oz) Diced Tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, crumble meat into large deep skillet. Cook on med-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally; drain. Add spinach and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm. Drain pasta; return to pot. Add meat mixture and cheeses; toss lightly. Serves 6, 1 cup each.
