Lemon Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredients
4 cups Chicken Broth1 can Cream of Chicken Soup0.5 tsp dill weed1 cup brown rice0.5 cup lemon juice, or to taste0.5 cup chopped carrots0.5 cup chopped celery0.5 cup chopped onion0.5 cup chopped sweet pepper1 cooked chicken breast, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Brint to a boil and cook until rice and vegetables are tender, about half an hour. Serve.

Recipe easily doubles and freezes very well.
