Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce1/3 cup rice wine vinegar1-1/2 tsp sesame oil1/2 tbsp tamari (soy sauce)1/2 cup shredded carrot1 cucumber, julienned1/4 cup red onion
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl to make dressing.
Add vegetables and toss, coating all vegetables in dressing. Let sit for a mininum of 45 minutes. Sitting overnight is even better.
Serve as a slaw or side dish to shrimp.
Approximately 3/4 c per serving.
