Green Beans and Chicken

7 ounces boneless chicken breast1 medium onion1 medium tomato2 cups French Cut Green Beans frozen3 cloves of garlic1 large clove of Shallots2 tbsp of Olive OilSalt and Pepper to taste
Mince garlic and shallots. Add to pan with olive oil and start to cook. Chop onions and add to pan. Cut up chicken into small pieces, about 1/2 and inch long and 1/4 of an inch wide. Add to pan. Chop up tomato and add to pan. Cover and reduce heat. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Add frozen green beans and mix well. Bring back up till it's bubbling. Cover and reduce heat. Let cook for about 5 minutes.
