Ingredients
1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST penne rigate3 Tbsp. olive oil1 green bell pepperHalf a medium onion1 garlic clove1 jar Newman's Own Sockarooni sauce1 pkg (1 lb.) Ground turkey, 97% fat-free1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce, ground turkey and parsley. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Serve sauce mixture over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
