Spiced Carrot Muffin

Ingredients
1.75 cups flour.75 cups sugar2 tsp baking powder.75 tsp baking soda2 tsp pie spice.75 cups greek yogurt1 egg4tbs melted butter2.5 cups grated carrots
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375
Line a 12 cup muffin time with cupcake papers.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add the yogurt, egg and carrots and stir to combine.
Stir in the grated carrots.
Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or a cake tester inserted in the middle of the muffin comes out clean.
