Spinach and Cottage Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
1 8 oz pkg frozen Spinach8 oz cottage cheese2 eggs2 oz parmesan cheese4 tbsp skimmed milk1 garlic clove crushedsalt and pepper
Directions
Cook spinach as directed. Remove from heat, drain and cool. Beat together the cottage cheese, eggs and skimmed milk. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste; stir in spinach, mix well. Pour into lightly buttered casserole dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until brown.
