Angel's Whole wheat pecan pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 c pecans- chopped fine2 c whole wheat flour3 t baking powder1 t salt3 T brown sugar2 T olive oil2/3 cup dry nonfat milk2 1/3 cup water1 t vanilla extract3 eggs
Directions
mix dry ingredients well. blend all wet ingredients together. add to dry mix. Stir until just blended. drop by quarter cup onto hot griddle, flip when bubbly. Makes 16 4 inch pancakes
