Easy Sauteed Zucchini

Ingredients
6 cups sliced zucchini2 Tbsp light margarine1/2 cup (8 Tbsp) Light Italian dressing*salt and pepper to taste
Directions
-Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat
-Add sliced zucchini, toss to coat
-Add dressing and salt and pepper to taste
*a dash of chili powder also tastes good
-Sautee over medium/high heat until zucchini is tender

    I cook zucchini like this too, but I use i can't believe it's not butter withour any dressing. Saves calories. I also make it by adding some tomatoes and yellow squash. - 2/3/09
