Vanilla infused Rice and Egg White Breakfast

Ingredients
1 Teaspoon Real Vanilla2 Egg Whites beaten1/2 cup cooked Brown Rice2 or 3 packets of Splenda
Directions
In a large bowl add the cooked rice add the vanilla extract.

Into this mixture add the two beaten egg whites.

Mix well.

Cook in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Remove and stir then microwave again for 2 more minutes.

Make sure to watch that the mixture does not boil over. This is why you need to use a larger bowl.
