Ingredients
boneless skinless chicken tenderloin - parboiledcucumber - dicedZesty Italian DressingMayoSalt, Pepper
Directions
Parboil some boneless skinless until done.
Let chicken cool.
Shred chicken in bowl.
Added diced cucumber, mayo, italian dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together
Can eat straight away or serve chilled.
