low fat pumpkin bran muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten1 cup sugar1.5 cups canned pumpkin1.2 c water1 c whole wheat flour1 cup wheat bran1 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. combine eggs, pumplin, water in a bowl
3. stir together dry ingredients
4. add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and blend
5. spray 24 muffin tins (or use baking cups)
6. evenly distribute batter
7. bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of one muffin comes out clean.
8. remove from the pan right away!!
