Cucumber sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices extra thin breadThinly sliced cucumber (enough to cover bread)1 serving (about 2 tablespoons) fat free cream cheeseFresh dill (chopped) to taste
Directions
Slice cucumber thinly place in bowl. sprinkle salt on cucumbers, cover with water and let it chill while you fix the rest.

chop up dill and mix with cream cheese. spread on mix on the bread.

drain cucumbers and press excess water out.

layer cucumbers on one slice of bread top with the other and ENJOY!
