Sesame Kale Chips

Ingredients
5 oz Fresh Kale1 tbsp Honey1 tbsp Vinegar1 clove Garlic2 1tsp Toasted Sesame Oil1 tbsp Sesame Seeds1 tbsp Soy Sauce (low sodium)
Directions
Wash kale and tear into pieces
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl,
add kale and toss well making sure it is thoroughly coated.
Spread out on large cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for about an hour or until crispy.
Enjoy!

    When I first tasted these, I was disappointed by the texture: too much like air! But after they sat for a day in the tupperware container, they must have re-absorbed a little water and they seemed better. So my advice? Let them "rest" before you eat them! - 8/2/10
